Delivery -
We use Royal Mail 2nd class for all our deliveries (2-4 working days).
Returns/Refund Policy -
At Celtic Candles we have a 30 day refund policy from the day you received your item.
To be able to return your item it must be in the same condition as it was received and in its original packaging.
Before attempting to return an item please contact celticcandles2024@gmail.com.
If a refund has been processed then please keep in mind that it may take some time to be processed by your bank or credit card company
If in the unlikely event that you receive your item damaged, please get in touch straight away so we can get it resolved as quickly as possible.
Candle Safety -

Burn for at least 2hrs on the first burn.

Never burn for more than 4hrs at a time.

Trim the wick to 5mm.

Never leave a candle burning unattended.

Never burn candles around children or pets.

Allow wax to completely cool before handling the container.

We recommend snuffing or dipping the flame to extinguish, instead of blowing it out.
